FTB Handbook

What is the current status of the FTB Handbook. Last that I inquired ATF had lost interest in helping review it.

I worked with FTB directly and have compiled and completed approximately 97% of the entire tome. What is missing is the documentation and description of the standard operating procedures (SOP's). Without those, IMO, the manual would be worthless. With those, our intent is to deliver the entire draft for review as a completed document, as opposed to chapter by chapter. We have a renewed memorandum of understanding (MOU) in place and have been pacing back and forth waiting for FTB to deliver the SOP's.
